April Showers Bring May Flowers, yay! Everyone keep your chins up, Spring is here, the flowers will start blooming soon and we can get our hands in the soil. Good news for the week, our flower seeds are in the mail and on the way to us. What a relief, I was starting to get worried that they were going to be backordered for weeks or weren't going to come at all. No fear though, the plan to have a field full of gorgeous colorful blooms is in full swing. The seeds that I did have here at home have been started. I am so excited!
The flowers pictured above are some bright cheerful flowers Craig bought me in February and I arranged. While they aren't the exact flowers that will be grown in the field, I thought you would all enjoy a reminder of the beauty that is to come this Spring and Summer.
Now that I know our flower seeds are coming, I will share with you some of the varieties to expect to see in the Weekly Flower CSA's.
